WELCOME TO OUTDOOR WEDNESDAY! A day devoted to wonderful outdoor pictures by hostess Susan at A Southern Daydreamer.I must confess I am a bird-lover! I especially love these cardinals which are everywhere here! I guess that's why they are our state bird. ;) They are so bright and cheery in the dreary leftover winter days. I always have birdfeeders out for all my little feather friends.

We have many northern cardinals that visit our feeders - love them! My kids can tell who's out there just by listening. Enjoy your feathered friends!

I love the red cardinal photo! My home back to woods, and I like to see how many varieties I can spot. I know spring is just around the corner when we are invaded by the Canadian Geese who make a loud ruckus announcing their arrival.
